I'm a cook, baker, and crafter by nature. I love making and learning about food, but I also love creating things for other people to enjoy—whether it's a new way to prepare a classic recipe or an outfit for a friend.

I grew up in rural Arkansas and spent a lot of time with my Granny and outdoors as a kid. That's how I fell in love with cooking and baking—I always had great memories of spending time in the kitchen with my grandmother. She was the best cook and a pretty good sewist.

When I had kids, I knew I wanted them to experience these things. Now, I can't imagine doing anything else!
